REFUNDS - $10.95 RETURN LABEL

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. It’s a flat rate of $8.95 for return delivery if you choose a refund. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.

If you’ve paid with AfterPay, any repayments already made will be refunded to your AfterPay account. If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account.

You’ll be issued an Australia Post Return Label. Print the label at home (or at a Post Office or Officeworks if you don't have a printer), stick the label to the outside of your parcel, place your return items and returns paperwork from your original order inside and send the parcel back to us.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT - $10.95 RETURN LABEL

Perfect if you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but aren’t quite sure what you want right now. Online credits are valid for 1 Year. It’s a flat rate of $10.95 for return delivery if you choose a return store credit.

When you submit your return, you’ll receive a pre paid label to send your items back. Once your return is received instore, you'll recieve a gift voucher directly to your email.

RETURNS POLICY

Shopping online should be just as easy as shopping in store. For this
reason, our returns Policy is also simple - please read information below and
then click on the link to return your goods.

30 Day Returns 

You have 30 whole days from
the day you receive your order to decide if it's not quite right and book
in your return. Everything you buy on our site is eligible for return
except these few – SALE
items (these styles are marked with a SALE tag on the collection page and
have a “was” and “now” price on the product page),

respiratory products and underwear.Returns will only be
accepted if the item is in its original condition - this means items must
be in a re-saleable condition. Damaged, dirty, foul smelling, or items
covered in animal hair, will NOT be acceptable for return, exchange or
store credit. Items must be unwashed, with all tags intact. Footwear must
be returned in original box.We reserve the right to
adjust your return method if your return arrives in a condition which does
not meet our returns policy

Got your purchase and
the fit just wasn’t right?

We’re happy to exchange the
size within 30 days from when you received your order. Click the "Book a
Return"
to exchange. Once you have done this, The
replacement size will be sent as soon as we’ve receive confirmation that
your order has been shipped back to store. The sooner you return the
original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement.

 This option will
only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred size – if
stock is running low or it’s already sold out, you won’t be able to choose that
size. If your size sells out before you’ve sent the original back to us, you’ll
automatically be issued a refund. A lot of our items sell out very quickly so
the faster you get it back to us, the better your chance of the alternative
size being available and it reaching you.

How will I receive my
refund? 

We will process your refund back onto your original payment method
once we receive confirmation from Australia Post that your order is on its
way back to our store.

If you’ve paid with AfterPay/Zip Pay, any repayments already made will be
refunded to your AfterPay/Zip Pay account. If you paid with PayPal, the full
amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be
refunded to your original account. Please allow 7 business days for funds to
reach your account.
