Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Get Real Workwear & Safety Pty Ltd, located in Mackay, Queensland, Australia.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am on 24/4/26 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
3. Eligibility
- Entry is open to residents of Australia in QLD, VIC, NT, SA, WA & TAS only (ACT & NSW are ineligible to enter), aged 18 years and over.
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Purchase any pair of Blundstone footwear during the Promotional Period (24/04/26 to 31/05/2026); and
- Complete the official entry form via QR code or online landing page; and
- Enter a valid invoice number (in-store purchase) or online order number (online purchase) in the entry form; and
- Provide all required contact details.
Important:
- Purchases made outside the Promotional Period are not eligible.
- Entries submitted without a valid invoice or order number will be deemed invalid.
- One entry per qualifying purchase.
5. Prize Details
Five (5) winners will be selected from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
The prizes are as follows:
- Winner #1: $1,500 Fuel Voucher
- Winner #2: $750 Fuel Voucher
- Winner #3: $500 Fuel Voucher
- Winner #4: $250 Fuel Voucher
- Winner #5: One (1) pair of Blundstone boots (valued at $250 AUD)
Total prize pool value: $3,250 AUD
Fuel Voucher Conditions:
- Fuel vouchers will be purchased from a service station of the winner’s choice (subject to availability).
- Vouchers will be issued within five (5) business days of the winner being notified.
- Fuel vouchers are valid for fuel purchases only and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other goods/services.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner(s) will be drawn at random on Friday, 5 June 2026 at 10:30am (AEST) at the Promoter’s business premises.
- Winner(s) will be notified via phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw may take place.
7. Verification
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and purchase details.
- Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.
8. Returns & Refunds
- If a qualifying purchase is returned or refunded, the associated entry will be void and removed from the draw.
9. Liability
- The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Privacy
- Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
11. General Conditions
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time if required.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
12. Permit Requirements
- This promotion is conducted in accordance with Australian state and territory regulations.
- No permit is required as the total prize pool does not exceed applicable thresholds.
13. Multiple Entries & Purchase Limits
- Participants may enter multiple times, provided each entry is linked to a separate qualifying purchase of Blundstone boots.
- Each valid purchase entitles the entrant to one (1) entry only.
- Multiple entries submitted using the same invoice number or order number will be deemed invalid.
- The Promoter reserves the right to limit, reject, or disqualify entries that appear excessive, automated, or not in the spirit of the promotion.
14. Fraud, Misuse & Disqualification
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and purchases at any time.
- The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
- Submits an entry that is misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete;
- Tampers with the entry process;
- Uses multiple identities, email addresses, or aliases to enter;
- Attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome of the promotion.
- Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be deemed invalid.
15. Proof of Purchase Validation
- All entries must include a valid invoice number (in-store purchase) or online order number (online purchase).
- The details provided in the entry form (including name and contact information) must match the details associated with the original purchase record.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and/or proof of purchase prior to awarding any prize.
- If the entrant’s details cannot be verified or do not match the purchase record, the entry will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw.
