Method of Entry |
To enter an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period: 1. Purchase any Blundstone footwear product (excluding gumboots) in-store from a participating IWS or Worklocker retailer or Get Real Workwear & Safety Mackay, or via the Worklocker online store at www.getrealworkwear.com.au Request and retain a copy of the original purchase receipt. 2. Visit the competition website via the QR code available on promotional advertising in-store, or via the link available at the Get Real Workwear & Safety Mackay online store. Complete the required details on the online entry form, including uploading legible proof of purchase, in accordance with any instructions on the competition website to receive one entry into the major prize draw. 3. Entrants will be directed to the “Instant Win” platform where an online random draw system will determine if they have won an Instant Win Prize. Entrants will receive a message instantly as to whether or not they have won a $50 VISA Gift Card. All instant win entries are subject to validation by Worklocker Services Pty Ltd prior to prize fulfilment. Fulfilment of instant win prizes is carried out by Worklocker Services Pty Ltd on behalf of the Promoter. Entrants must retain copies of all purchase receipts for all entries. Any entry may be declared invalid if a purchase receipt is not retained/provided. |

Maximum number of Entries |
One entry per eligible transaction. Each entry must be supported by a separate purchase. All entries by the Entrant may otherwise be declared invalid. Any entry may be declared invalid if a purchase receipt is not retained and provided as part of the entry. The same purchase receipt cannot be used to lodge multiple entries. This includes multiple Entrants using the same receipt to lodge an entry. Any Entrants found in breach of this will have all their entries disqualified. |

A random Major Prize Draw will occur at 9:00am AEST on 7 August 2026. Location of Prize Draw: Blundstone Australia Pty Ltd 88 Gormanston Road Moonah Tasmania 7009 The Major Prize Draw will be conducted using randomdraws.com.au, a platform operated by Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd (TPAL), in accordance with competition and trade promotions compliance requirements and applicable Australian state and territory lottery legislation. The random draw system used is independently audited and compliant with all relevant permit conditions issued under the NSW Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901, SA Lottery and Gaming Regulations 2008, and ACT Lotteries Act 1964, as referenced in section 18 of the Schedule. |

Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions (Terms of Entry). The Terms of Entry must be read in conjunction with the Schedule. The Schedule defines the terminology used in these Terms of Entry. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Entry and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms of Entry.
2. Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including Prize suppliers) and contractors (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers and contractors) of the Promoter and of its related bodies corporate, and of each Co-Promoter, and of the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, including the competition permit providers Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter. 'Immediate family' means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period.
4. The time zone applicable to any time stated relates to the state in which the Promoter is located, unless expressly stated to the contrary.
5. The Prizes are specified in section 6 of the Schedule.
6. The total Prize value is specified in section 8 of the Schedule. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value (including between advertising of the Promotion and receipt of the Prize).
7. Any Prize is valued in Australian dollars unless expressly stated to the contrary.
8. Entrants are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a Prize. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the Promotion and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the Promotion.
9. The entrants must follow the Method of Entry outlined in section 9 of the Schedule to enter the Promotion. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry. The Promoter will not advise an Entrant if their entry is deemed invalid.
