Get Real Workwear and Safety “Can Crush” Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to all individuals residing in Australia.

• Participants must make an in-store purchase of $100 or more at Get Real Workwear and Safety, located at Unit 2, 203-215 Maggiolo Drive Mackay, to be eligible for entry. One Entry per invoice.

• Employees and associates of Get Real Workwear and Safety are excluded from entering the competition.

• Online purchases made through the Get Real Workwear Mackay website are not eligible for entry.

• All purchases must be made between September 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024 in-store.

• Any in-store customer returning their purchase for a refund during the competition period will have their entry removed from the draw.

2. Entry Method

• Entry is automatic upon making an in-store purchase of $100 or more at the specified location within the competition period.

• Participants are entered into the draw upon qualifying purchase.

3. Prizes

• A total of 10 finalists will be drawn on Monday, December 2, 2024, at 10 am.

• Finalists will be notified via phone. If a finalist does not answer, we will attempt to contact them up to two more times. Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in forfeiture, and another entrant will be selected as a finalist.

• Each finalist must attend the "Can Crush" competition in person at Get Real Workwear and Safety on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 9:45 am. The competition begins at 10:30 am.

• Each finalist must sign a health waiver to declare that they are physically fit to undertake the "can crush" competition

• Finalists will receive a free pair of King Gee Boots, King Gee Clothing, and safety eye protection, which must be worn during the competition.

• The winner of the competition will be the individual who crushes the most cans within the allotted 1-minute time frame.

• The winner will receive a $10,000 cash prize.

4. Prize Delivery

• The winner of the "Can Crush" competition will receive their cash prize within 14 days of the event on December 7, 2024.

5. General Terms

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by the competition rules and decisions made by Get Real Workwear and Safety, which shall be final and binding.

• Get Real Workwear and Safety reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at its discretion.

6.Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Get Real Workwear & Safety for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing info@getrealmackay.com.au.

If requested by Get Real Workwear & Safety, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to any other competition participants.

The winner's first name and State of address will be announced on Get Real Workwear & Safety's website and social media channels. Finalists agree to have photos and video of themselves on social media channels.

7. Limitation of Liability

Get Real Workwear & Safety accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
